Frequently asked
How do I download Boop?
Boop is currently available on iOS. Search for ‘Boop’ in the App Store, or visit our homepage and tap Get Early Access to join the early access list.
How do I find a trainer near me?
Once you’re in the app, tap ‘Find a Trainer’ and set your location. You can filter by specialty, training style, and availability.
How does booking work?
View a trainer’s profile and tap ‘Book a Session.’ You’ll see their available times and can confirm directly in the app — no calls or emails needed.
What if I need to cancel a session?
You can cancel or reschedule from the booking details screen in the app. Please review our cancellation policy for details on refunds and timing.
How do I join as a trainer?
The best way is through a referral from someone already on Boop. If you don’t have a connection yet, you can apply directly on our For Trainers page.
